Delivery and Shipping Policy




1.        Products ordered through our website www.artilecious.com are shipped through our courier partner if the destination PIN code is serviceable.

2.       If any order is found to be ineligible for delivery the same order will be cancelled. An email will be sent to the customer informing about the same as soon as possible. If any money is deducted in this process, the same amount will be refunded back to the customer (through the same payment option used while placing the order). No claim of compensation and/or cancellation charge will be accepted in this regard.

3.       The shipping time for all the items, mentioned anywhere in the website, are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. In different scenarios and circumstances the shipping time of the same item may also vary. The customers are requested to track their items regularly (using the tracking ID, provided to the customer after completion of shipping procedure). 4.       Shipping and Delivery charges:- 
The shipping charges vary from product to product. When needed. the charges are displayed on the website clearly. Customers are requested to go through all the details before placing the order. The amount, displayed on the website for shipping, is final and there are no other additional costs.

At present we offer free shipping in all orders except a few item.

There may be offers at times waiving shipping charges. These offers are time bound and not permanent.
The fees may be revised at times without any prior notice to the customers. 
Artilecious reserves the right to change any of these fees and terms anytime without any prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the customers to go through all the details before placing an order.


5.       Any Hidden Cost? 
No. There are not any hidden costs. All the charges are displayed at the time of placing an order. The final amount payable is clearly displayed with all the details. 

6.       Delay in delivery? 
Delivery may be delayed at times due to different factors such as natural calamities, technical faults, damaged package(in transit) etc. Customers are requested to keep track of their shipments regularly. You may feel free to contact us in case of any delay. We will try our best to solve your problems, after discussion with our courier partner. No claim of compensation and/or cancellation charge will be accepted in this regard.

  1. Request for change of shipping/recipient address?
    a) Request for change of address for delivery will only be considered, if made before shipping of the ordered item(s). Placing a request doesn’t confirm the same. The final decision will be taken by Artilecious and it is legally binding on the customer. No complaint against this can be made. The customer will be bound to accept the decision taken by Artilecious in this regard.

    b) Any request for change of recipient’s address / address for delivery, if made after shipping, will not be considered at any circumstance.

  3. Shipping outside India?
    As of now, Artilecious is not shipping outside India.
