Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellation of the purchase is possible at artilecious.com before shipping the material.

No request for cancellation will be considered, if made after shipping.

Returns scheme is provided by Artilecious in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered to you. All products listed in the Artilecious website may not have the same returns policy. Kindly check the respective item’s applicable return policy on the product page.

How to raise a request for replacement?
Items can only be returned/replaced if it fulfills at least one of the following conditions,

1.     Item is defective

2.     Item is damaged during the Shipping*

3.     Products is / are missing

4.     Wrong item is sent

 

In order to raise a request for replacement, the customer has to return the damaged product to Artilecious.


You may request for a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

Original packaging should be kept intact by the customer in order to be eligible for return. Additional packaging cost, if required, has to paid by the customer. Artilecious will not be responsible for packaging of the products while preparing for return. 

The product will be accepted only if the final packaging is found to be satisfactory by our field executive.

For customized product the replacement item may not be exactly similar as all of the items are hand made. 

For designer products like, “Terracotta wall hangings” the replacement time can take up to 50 days.
We strongly suggest to contact us before raising the return request or send us mail at cs@artilecious.com.

In any case if we are unable to process a replacement, we will offer a refund to you.


*Shape, size and colour may not be the exactly same as all the products are hand-made.
Different shades of a single colour, arising from this, doesn’t satisfy the definition of “damaged product”.
